Please note that each vintage clothing item listed on Thedas Vintage has been carefully inspected, photographed and described with measurements as accurately as possible, to give you the clearest possible idea of the item before purchasing. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns in exchange for store credit at Thedas Vintage.

Customers must contact us via email thedasvintage@gmail.com to request a refund within 48 hours of receiving your order and return item within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for store credit
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery and not notified within 48 hours of receipt will not be eligible for store credit
 

The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, and once the item has been received and inspected, store credit to the value of the item (excluding shipping cost) can be issued. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Store Credit can only be offered on regular priced items, unfortunately, store credit cannot be issued for sale items.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Theda’s Vintage, The Glebe, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, F92WK0Y. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For Return packages you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
